This Policy written hereinafter and Agreement for Services (hereinafter the Contract) is effective on the date initial payment is made to Business Credit Services, Inc. The contract is by and between Business Credit Services, Inc (hereinafter the Provider) and your company (herein the Customer). The agreement is to take effect upon initial payment made to Provider.

The parties agree as follows:

1. DESCRIPTION OF PROVIDER SERVICES.

Beginning on the date payment has been made to Provider, Provider will provide to the Customer access to client area of the businesscreditbuilder.net website for a period of 1 month.

2. DESCRIPTION OF CUSTOMER OBLIGATION.

In exchange for the Provider's services, Customer will pay the agreed upon amount to Business Credit Services for the services provided.

3. PROPRIETARY WORK PRODUCT.

Any ideas, discoveries, products, processes, or other information (collectively called the Work Product) developed in whole or in part by Business Credit Services in connection with the Services provided under this contract are the exclusive property of Business Credit Services.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY.

Customer, and it's officers, directors, employees, agents, or representatives, will not at any time, or manner, directly or indirectly, disclose, divulge, or communicate in any manner the Work Product specified in paragraph 4, to any person or entity. This includes and is not limited to the username and password provided by Provider to Customer.

5. INDEMNIFICATION.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Provider and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from all claims, losses, expenses, fees, including attorney fees, costs, and judgments that may be asserted against Customer as a result of acts or omissions related to the services provided under this contract.

6. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES.

Both parties to this agreement seek to fulfill their respective obligations under this contract. However both parties also wish to minimize any delays, costs or difficulties associated with any misunderstandings or disputes that may arise. In the event of a dispute between the parties, both respectively agree to undertake informal discussions in an attempt to resolve the matter. If that is unsuccessful, we agree in advance to waive our right to litigate and choose instead to resolve any such dispute first through mediation (or if that is unsuccessful), then through binding Arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

7. INTEGRATION CLAUSE.

This agreement contains the entire agreement. This agreement supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.

8. SERVERABILITY.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall be valid and enforceable.

9. GOVERNING LAW.

This agreement shall be construed under Nevada law.

10. ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

Neither party may assign this agreement without the written consent of the non-assigning party.

11. NOTIFICATION OF HOLD HARMLESS.

Building a successful business credit profile involves adhering to numerous details, and compliance with various jurisdictional requirements. These details and requirements are not imposed upon you by Business Credit Services, but rather by the standards set by the business credit bureaus. Business Credit Services is aware of these standards from years of experience in this field. Our website has, or will, make you aware of these standards. It is critical to successful business credit building, that you meet, and /or execute these standards. In the event you choose to disregard any of the standards; your successful business credit building likelihood, will be significantly reduced. Should this occur, you agree to hold harmless Business Credit Services from any and all damages that may occur to your credit building activity.

12. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY.

If you complete each step of the program and are still unable to obtain any business credit, we will refund 100% of your money. You must provide at least five decline letters from the lenders we recommend to get the refund.

We will not provide any refunds or cancellations after 90 days following when the payment has been made. Customer understands we have made all efforts to explain the service through use of free trials and content on the website.

14. BUSINESS CREDIT LINE

In order to be eligible for the $2500 credit line offered through Business Marketing Services, Inc. you must show proof of business license and fill out a business credit application.

15. AGREEMENT

This Agreement of Terms and Conditions and this Refund & Cancellation Policy may be amended from time to time. Any amendment is effective upon either a posting of the latest version on the this website, or upon notice by electronic mail or U.S. mail. Your continued use of the licensed products following notice of any such amendment shall be conclusively deemed an acceptance of such amendment.
